meet your facilitator - captolia
Hi babes, I’m Captolia and I’ve been creating transformative spaces for connection and community since I was literally 12 (throwback to my hot stoner group on LiveJournal—legendary, I know 😅).I was a mentor all through higherschool, and continued on in college as a mentor through the DREAM mentorship program. I guided students through personal and academic growth, helping them build confidence and leadership skills. My passion for empowering others grew even stronger when I became a certified SEEDs practitioner, where I used dance and mentorship to support teen girls in discovering their self-worth and navigating life’s challenges.
MMy facilitation style blends real-world experience, deep empathy, and a whole lot of FUN. I’ve founded and led intentional living communities, like the spirituality floor at Green Mountain College, where we explored diverse spiritual practices and supported each other’s growth. Later, I launched Web Witches , an inclusive online community group offering a safer space for those craving a connection beyond the usual mainstream (and often very whyt very problematic) witchy world.
I’ve seen it all—building, leading, and nurturing communities that offer true connection, real transformation, and the freedom to show up imperfectly. 💖✨
In 2020, I channeled all this experience into creating Captolia Coven (now The Coven), a magical and supportive space for biz-witches and spiritual entrepreneurs. I bring my academic background (B.A. in Communications, M.A. in Internet Marketing), mentorship experience, and heart for community-building to the Coven, where you’ll find a home to grow, share, and thrive with other like-minded individuals.

can i cancel my membership?
definitely! If you pay monthly, you are not bound to a contract and are free to leave the coven at any time :) please notify us 3 days before your upcoming payment to ensure your cancellation is processed on time. If you paid annually, you may cancel but will forefit any payment already made.
can i get a refund?
you have 24 hours after payment is made to request a refund. after 24 hours, refunds will not be honored. ***limits to content consumption apply
do i have to be a witch to join?
absolutely not! but you’ve got to be open to a community of folks who are magically inclined and teachings that often weave in magick + ritual
is this a course?
Nope! While the portal is filled with genius business trainings on top of our monthly workshops - this isn’t a business course. This is a community membership designed to nurture your growth both personally and professionally. It's a space where learning, networking, and magical transformations happen organically through shared experiences and collective wisdom.
While there's PLENTY of knowledge to gain, The Coven Membership is more about the journey together than the destination. It's about being part of a supportive, empowering community that helps you flourish in your craft and business - just by being a part of it.
when do we meet?
Our full schedule is TBA and will be built around YOUR schedules. A survey will be sent out to get a feel for your availability and we will craft a custom schedule from there. Our first call & group mixer is October 15th @ 8PM est
If the schedule doesnt work for you, don’t worry - we are happy to cancel your membership and refund you. You will have 24 hours from reciept of the schedule to request a cancellation + refund. Replays are available for almost everything.
when do we start?
Our first live call and WElCOME CELEBRATION will take place on Tuesday, October 15th @ 8PM EST. The cart will close on Sunday the 13th of October.
