Safer Space Policy 

Captolia Online LLC is committed to create safer spaces that are anti-racism and anti-oppressive outside of perfectionism but within accountability. Any racist, homophobic, transphobic antisemitic, anti-black, anti-idenginous, fatphobic, ableist, prejudice, and anti oppressive language is not tolerated. This also includes, marco and micro aggressions. Those who are affected by the actions will be prioritized. 

Use of emotional violence, gaslighting, intimidation and physical violence is not tolerated in the healing container. Restorative conversations are encouraged within misunderstanding and if the affected person/people agree and will be facilitated with my support. 

It is my duty to enforce this policy, if anything happens with my absence in a space or within it and has not been addressed by me, please inform me. 

Failure to abide by this policy means removal from the container with no refund.
